Music Village USA offers online and telephone order placement for your convenience.
What about International orders or orders placed from outside the United States?
We accept International Orders over ther telephone or via PayPal. Our online shopping cart only supports domestic orders at this time. Please call us at +1 1 (801) 399-1418 for help with your order or product information. All international orders are subject to verification.
What if I need to cancel or change an order?
We understand that, on rare occasion, you may need to cancel or change an order. If so, contact us immediately, preferably by telephone. Many orders ship the same day, so it's crucial to contact immediately. Because of the speed the orders are shipped , it is sometimes impossible to stop your order before it ships. In those cases, our staff will assist you individually through the process of rerouting the shipment back to us, or returning an already delivered shipment. In some cases, you may still be responsible for the amount of the freight to ship your order.

Music Village USA accepts: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards, and PayPal. Additionally, telephone orders have the option of Money Orders or Cashier Checks.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card is charged at the time of purchase. In the occasional event that an item is not in stock, Music Village USA will notify you and will allow you the choice of waiting for the item to return to stock, or an immediate refund on the item. Orders are processed the same or following business day and all orders are double checked prior to shipment.
Am I charged sales tax?
Music Village USA does NOT charge sales tax for any purchases other than those made from the state of Utah.
